Dr. Tokarski has always had a love for animals and never wanted to be anything except a veterinarian. She loves the challenge and collaborative community of veterinary medicine. She loves being able to help foster a healthy human-animal bond and being able to form strong relationships with clients over their pet’s lifetime.
During her years at Missouri Veterinary School, he had a fun and interesting volunteer opportunity at De Wildt/Shingwedzi Cheetah and Wildlife Ranch in Bela Bela, South Africa during June and July 2014.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, hiking, camping, and spending time with family. She has a 13-year old cat named Taz. Her family got her as a kitten, Taz later joined Dr. Tokarski at Missouri, where she helped get her through the tough years at vet school. Taz has been there for her every step of the way.
She strives to provide quality medicine, compassion, and service. She wants to place an emphasis on client education, so clients can be actively involved in the care of their beloved pets. She promises to continue to learn every day in order to provide the best care for her patients.
