Dr. Tokarski is originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan and has always wanted to be a veterinarian. After graduating from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology, she earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Missouri. 

She enjoys the challenge and collaborative community of veterinary medicine. She loves being able to help foster a healthy human-animal bond and form strong relationships with clients over their pet’s lifetime.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, hiking, camping, and spending time with family. Her pets at home include a Labrador retriever named Doyle and a tortoiseshell cat named Daisy.

She strives to provide quality medicine, compassion, and service. She wants to place an emphasis on client education, so clients can be actively involved in the care of their beloved pets. She promises to continue to learn every day in order to provide the best care for her patients.
